The most up to date pitch lining system in the world.

The Pitchline process utilises specially formulated UV treated white polythene film. The fabric is preshredded into supple and flexible fibres. Using the unique Pitchline machine, the polythene cloth is folded and inserted 65mm into the ground. The width of the finished line can be adjusted to between 90mm and 120mm wide. The buried portion of the cloth, lodges itself in the root structure of the grass with highly visible white fibre fronds above ground level. The material has been specifically designed to remain clear of the ground but it bends slightly to stand below the mowing height of a normal grass cutting regime.
